By using Lalitha Internet Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

We provide fiber broadband internet subject to serviceability at your address. Actual speeds may vary based on plan, hardware, and network conditions.

2. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service. Applicable taxes are extra.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, spam, or to harm the integrity of our or third-party networks. We may throttle or suspend service in case of abuse.

4. Equipment

Routers and ONTs provided by us remain our property unless purchased outright. You are responsible for reasonable care of installed equipment.

5. Warranty & liability

Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service unavailability.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
